Family visit with my little children yesterday 30 August 2022. The waitress the little blonde. Not a smile. We don't feel like it's for your heart... hot chocolate disgusting. Ask to redo it... three times. And I wasn't there alone to ask another lady to report her chocolate three times. Like me... And hearing you answer yes ben it's not my fault it's the machine and a tone... The black tee shirt manager not friendly either.. Don't even pick up his waitress... And didn't offer anything in exchange... ladies learn to smile it doesn't cost anything... And especially learn how to use the machines... Because we came because the hot chocolate was very good.. But it was before... Bad team...

More than half of our order has not been taken into account. The elderly felt taken for dogs. These slower people took a lot of time to choose, but still we were asked to do something normal, but strangely not to everyone. I hope these young women will look good. But a reception training would be needed.
