Rosati's - Bourbonnais

I often order here and my food is never right. The food is good, but I never know what to expect. After months of non-order, I placed and order and received my salad without chicken. I want to like this place, but I have the worst luck. Waste of money.

Ordered for delivery two times an the second time I get two drinks with my food out of two drinks one was bad I didn't get a discount or a new drink yea not ok with that at all good food but not ok with the professionalism for the customer

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would have, but I had to give at least one to write this review. I ordered $50 worth of food (and tip) from Rosatis in Bourbonnais. My order took almost 2 hours to come. I ordered wings and some of the wings were just the tips of the wing. not a flat or drum. I also ordered a chopped salad and the bacon was RAW. I called the store, offered to bring back the food and I asked for a refund. They declined. The person working called the owner and called me back and said that a the owner offered 10% off of my next order or they could remake my order. Umm, NO!!!! This order was placed at 6pm and delivered at 8 AND DO YOU KNOW HOW SICK SOMEONE WOULD GET FROM EATING RAW PORK?? This isn 't even something that I could pick out of the salad. The entire salad was contaminated. I 'll never order from Rosati 's again. I should have gone with my usual Sammy 's pizza, but I clearly wasn 't thinking. Rosati 's is HORRIBLE. Who doesn 't notice RAW bacon in a salad?? Rosati 's should be ashamed. No customer service whatsoever!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I ordered a 18” Hawaiian pizza with a 12” cheese and meatball. When I went to pick up the pizza, the 12” was made as cheese and mushroom, so they corrected it and made the right 12” that I ordered. Both pizzas were not good at all. Both pizzas were over cooked and tough. I could not even taste the ham or pineapple on the Hawaiian. Just bland burnt cheese and tough rock hard crust. Maybe they forgot the pizza in the oven, But surely they new it was way over cooked when they put it in the box. So there is no standard to which pizzas should be cooked? I may as well go to Casey’s and eat gas station pizza.

The third and last time they sent me some bulls$&t! I ordered a pizza with sausage, spinach and black olives and it arrived with no sausage and the pizza was so salty that I couldn’t bare to eat another bite. Like they spilled salt all over the pizza. They better be glad I was at work or it would have been hell if I came back up there! I’m going to Corporate with this!!!!!
