They... read more I stopped by Arby's drive-thru for lunch around noon and was served in under 10 minutes, which was perfect for me to enjoy my meal without feeling rushed. They definitely earn high marks for efficiency. The food was what you'd expect from a fast-food menu—not exceptional, but definitely not bad either.

Our Beef 'n Cheddars came with just a slice of cheddar, which was okay, but we ordered and paid for two sides of cheese sauce that never arrived. The least they could have done was either include something else or adjust our order.
