I’m not sure why I’ve kept going back from past experiences, but this time will be my last.I ordered a t-Rex, expecting to get the bacon on it like we had recei... read more I’m not sure why I’ve kept going back from past experiences, but this time will be my last.I ordered a t-Rex, expecting to get the bacon on it like we had received in the past, along with orders of fires.Some of the fires were cold in the middle, but I didn’t feel it necessary at the time to go complain.My daughter noticed her T-Rex burger didn’t have cheese or bacon. I went back up to the counter and let them know, the employee said it’s an extra 1.50.I looked at the menu right by the cash register to double check what the meal comes with. The employee didn’t seem to understand that it should be included with the meal, either cheese or bacon as it states on the menu. She was not interested in making it right. She told me it’s her system, and it changed 2 months ago that you have to charge for bacon, and wanted to show me her screen. I explained it’s not my job as a customer to know when things change in the system, I can only go off of the two menus I looked at before ordering, and I’d like to receive what the menu item is I ordered. The employee didn’t have a name tag, and was not great at customer service.It’s also disappointing that you advertise as being organic, I’ve seen them use items that are not organic.

Every single time I do an online order, I have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes AFTER the pick up time for “the fries.” Won’t let myself come back any more!

The 3 was for the cement-like chais in the booths…very uncomfortable. Still recommend. Good food!

Usually I can justify great or excellent for the price. You 're definitely paying for the organic, local, fresh brand, but it 's very similar to getting fast food. Pay at a counter and they bring it out. You don 't have waitstaff or anything so it 's not the sit down restaurant experince, but you 'll definitely be paying the resturaubt experienceprice. However, the fries tonight had SO MUCH salt on them. This was for both the rosemary and the buffalo blue fries. The lastthing you need on fries covered with buffalo sauce is salt. Unfortunately I couldn 't finish them because I felt like I 'd becomea piece of jerky. I also had a the 3 cheese grilled cheese which was super good and saved the trip. But $9 for grilled cheese isa BIT much if you ask me. I 've eaten here maybe 2 other times at different locations. But this is one of those places I go onceevery 3 years or so.

She took the time to listen to my very specific... read more Went inside and ordered at the counter on 10/04/2022 around 8:00 PM. Cashier was very friendly and professional. She took the time to listen to my very specific order for a hamburger on a wheat bun. The restrooms were very well kept up top tiercleanliness. The dining areas were also very clean. I witnessed the employees staying busy in between processing orders bycleaning their work areas I rarely see this practice at other food establishments. My order was prepared exactly as I specifiedand the food quality was good.
