It 's good but expensive. Usually I can justify great or excellent for the price. You 're definitely paying for the organic, local, fresh brand, but it 's very similar to getting fast food. Pay at a counter and they bring it out. You don 't have wait staff or anything so it 's not the sit down restaurant experince, but you 'll definitely be paying the resturaubt experience price. However, the fries tonight had SO MUCH salt on them. This was for both the rosemary and the buffalo blue fries. The last thing you need on fries covered with buffalo sauce is salt. Unfortunately I couldn 't finish them because I felt like I 'd become a piece of jerky. I also had a the 3 cheese grilled cheese which was super good and saved the trip. But $9 for grilled cheese is a BIT much if you ask me. I 've eaten here maybe 2 other times at different locations. But this is one of those places I go once every 3 years or so.
The food is excellent, but it comes at a cost. I've only tried their TriTip Sandwich and sweet potato fries, and both were outstanding. While prices have increased significantly, this chain offers unique flavor combinations that set it apart from the typical chain restaurants that all taste the same. This uniqueness makes it worth a visit if you haven't been to this restaurant before.
I visited the restaurant on October 4, 2022, around 8:00 PM and ordered at the counter. The cashier was extremely friendly and professional, taking the time to listen carefully to my specific request for a hamburger on a wheat bun. The restrooms were impeccably clean, maintaining a high standard of hygiene. The dining areas were also well-maintained. I noticed the employees staying occupied by cleaning their workspaces in between processing orders, which is a practice I rarely see at other food establishments. My order was prepared exactly as I asked, and the quality of the food was excellent.
I usually love Cubby's, but this location really let me down. I ordered takeout, so I didn't notice how bad my order was until it was too late. My sweet potato fries looked a mess, and one of the four pieces of my quesadilla was completely lacking chicken and ranch—it was flat and sad, like Flat Stanley. If I'm going to pay that much for a quesadilla and sweet potato fries, they should be prepared properly. I'm not impressed at all.
With the pickles in my Le Squish cheese burger being bigger than the actual meat patty, makes me wonder were they are cutting corners ... nothing to write home about. Expensive for what the give. VERY typical small cheese burger. Decent mac n cheese. Will probably not return.

Diners praise unique flavors and sauces, but warn of rising prices, modest portions, occasional order errors, uncomfortable booth seating, persistent tip prompts before service, and one report of foodborne illness. Worth trying for adventurous burger and sandwich lovers, though service and consistency can be hit-or-miss.

I had a disappointing experience at Cubby's. The service was not up to par, and overall, it didn’t meet my expectations. I dined in for lunch, and the price was around $30–50 per person. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I’m not sure why I’ve kept going back from past experiences, but this time will be my last.I ordered a t-Rex, expecting to get the bacon on it like we had received in the past, along with orders of fires.Some of the fires were cold in the middle, but I didn’t feel it necessary at the time to go complain.My daughter noticed her T-Rex burger didn’t have cheese or bacon. I went back up to the counter and let them know, the employee said it’s an extra 1.50.I looked at the menu right by the cash register to double check what the meal comes with. The employee didn’t seem to understand that it should be included with the meal, either cheese or bacon as it states on the menu. She was not interested in making it right. She told me it’s her system, and it changed 2 months ago that you have to charge for bacon, and wanted to show me her screen. I explained it’s not my job as a customer to know when things change in the system, I can only go off of the two menus I looked at before ordering, and I’d like to receive what the menu item is I ordered. The employee didn’t have a name tag, and was not great at customer service.It’s also disappointing that you advertise as being organic, I’ve seen them use items that are not organic.
I’m so frustrated because I love the food so much, but this location is so slow. Every single time I do an online order, I have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes AFTER the pick up time for “the fries.” Won’t let myself come back any more!
Smelled wonderful walking in and was not disappointed with the taste. Bigger than your mouth burgers! Nice people and quick service. The 3 was for the cement-like chais in the booths…very uncomfortable. Still recommend. Good food!
Took the family to lunch a bit after the lunch rush. Tri-tip sandwich was very good. Soft Bun.Fries I have to give a negative. If you spend $4.89 for an order of fries they should come out freshly cooked, hot, and not the way we received them. I would say they had been cooked a long time before we received them and sat under a heat lamp. They were just not good so we sent them to the bin. Have to settle for just the sandwich if I return.
A delightful little restaurant with an intriguing backstory about its owner. I thoroughly enjoyed a tasty tri-tip salad along with some sweet potato fries!
