I had to continually ask for things as he walked by rather t... read more I was extremely disappointed in the service and the food. I got very little service from my server. I had to continually ask for things as he walked by rather than him stopping and asking me if I needed anything. I asked that my pizza be extra crisp on the bottom, it was soggy. When I told the server it was supposed to be crispy he didn’t care. I also ordered a personal pizza for my grandson which was cold and I had to send it back to heat it up. Then I got the check. I need to remember to look at prices the next time I order a 14 inch pizza. It cost me $30. I will never step foot in the Arella Pizzaria again.
