The appetizers and cocktails were excellent. I recommend trying the Calamari, mussels, and Brussels sprouts, along with a Monk-in-a-mashpit cocktail. Not my kind of place. The bar / tavern had screaming, loud customers on a day when there was no one around. Really a tasting menu, teen plate, teen servings, bad value for money. The waitress told me that the green peppers in my clam chowder were mild - they weren't and had to spit out with a burning mouth. Really embarrassing when I was treated. We had a wonderful evening with unique cocktails at this restaurant. The ambiance was lovely. However, as vegetarians, we found the main course options to be very limited on New Year's Eve. The dish we ordered was just okay and a bit bland. We felt that it did not justify the fixed price for the meal.
The salmon was underwhelming. The curry consisted of a small portion of rice with a few vegetables. It was not as good as it used to be. However, the Brussel sprouts and calamari were still enjoyable.

Food is always fantastic here. We were pleasantly surprised by the noise level. It looks like they’ve installed some baffles in the ceiling. We were able to enjoy both the food and our conversation without shouting. Bravo!
