Upslope Brewing Company Flatiron Park

I had a great time biking here for a beer! The Thai Iced Tea beer was a lot of fun; I’ll be sorry to see it go. The staff was all very helpful, the sweet potato fries were just right—crispy and delicious—and the patio area was lovely.

A sweet spot for beers .. in a quiet office park in east Boulder. Chill customers, good selection of Upslope craft beers! Burgers and fries looked good didn’t try.

Drinks and service associated with them absolutely 10/10, however the service and food by the burger joint attached were absolutely dreadful. We waited 30 minutes in line to order, mine was wrong and I stood in line for at least another 30 minutes to get it fixed. The food was mediocre at best. I attached a photo of the chicken sandwich I had, it was a lot of fried batter and hardly any meat. There was only one kid working up front and a kid in the back working the line in socks and slides. They were slow and didn’t seem happy to be working there. Don’t eat here, but definitely do drink here!!

We were visiting from Illinois and found Upslope on accident! The kids wanted a burger so we followed the directions to The Mighty Burger and we're pleasantly surprised when we saw it is attached to Upslope Brewing. It was so good we had to come back before we left for the burgers and the beer.

Great brewery with good food. The snowmelt drinks are incredible
