Nopalito’s - Boulder

Absolutely love this spot! My friends and I love chillin on the patio with some margs. The staff is amazing and do a great job at making me feel at home. I moved from TX a couple of years ago and had a hard time finding some good casual Mexican food, so I am very grateful to have found this spot! Better than Chipotle, Qdoba, and Illegal Pete’s!

I came to try a new breakfast burrito in town and was greeted by the greatest service ever. Definitely coming here every time I am craving a burrito.

Soooo friendly and soooo good. We had a hard time finding this place google maps took us to the wrong part my understanding is that they were moving soon anyway. We loved the atmosphere and the food options. I got a 3 taco basket and loved that I could try three meats chicken was the best the shredded beef was a little too tough for me. We also got a couple of quesadilla's each made a little different and they were huge. The margarita's looked amazing and were reasonably priced we opted not to try them though because we were staying up in the mountains and the road was a little windy that we thought it was better that we didn't. The staff were amazing, helpful and proud of the food they were serving this is a place I would definitely visit regularly if I were closer.

Sooo good. Chicken quesadilla is amazing the sauce in the chicken go crazy. Queso is realll good too

For my family, this is THE go-to place for burritos in Boulder County. My son really likes getting a burrito of cochinita pibil with nopalitos added in. Overall, ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Staff and management are always welcoming. Nice patio and ample parking, too. Check it out and support a local business! :)Vegetarian options: You can get potatoes, fajita veggies, guac, sour cream, etc and build a great veggie burrito. I think I was told that all the rice and all the bean options are vegetarian, but it might be worth verifying when ordering, if that is important to you.Kid-friendliness: Totally kid friendly. My kid likes the food. The flautas seem like a kid pleaser.Parking: Huge parking lot, very easy to park very close.
