The first time, I tried to modify my order at the drive-thru but the... read more I attempted to dine at this restaurant twice and both experiences were absolutely terrible. The first time, I tried to modify my order at the drive-thru but the person taking my order could not understand me and ended up getting it wrong when I confirmed at the window. The second time, I went inside and tried to order at the screens. After placing my order, I was unable to pay because I did not receive a table tent for my dine-in order. When I asked for help, there was only one employee at the counter but the line was very long. I ultimately decided to leave without eating. I will not be returning to this place again.

They offered to fix it and then asked if it’s suppose to be bacon I said no and proceeded to give me a bacon McDouble covered in mayo with bacon and they was rude and asked well can’t ya take the bacon off? Well I would like for my order to be correct and pork makes me sick and I can’t have pork at all so now a burger with bacon I can not eat! How hard is it to get the order correct?! And how hard is it to seriously pay attention and fix it the right way?!
