Reviews - Element Bistro
Reviews summary
A lively neighborhood gem in the Gunbarrel area offering farm-to-table quality, inventive and generously portioned plates, and an adventurous drink program. The rooftop bar and views make it ideal for happy hour, Taco Tuesdays and celebrations; pastry offerings and gluten-free options add extra charm. Standouts include steak frites, shrimp & grits and daring game sausages. Service can be inconsistent and slow at times, with occasional missed orders, but food, atmosphere and event hosting keep diners coming back.

The NEW Monday eve pasta menu and nice vino happy hour was perfect. Plus Ashley the bartender was a nice touch with light conversation and good service. Eric and staff have a winning combination of food and ambience. Congrats !
Ate here this past Thursday (5/11). Food was absolutely amazing and service top notch. I highly recommend the pork ternderloin with vegetables as well as the bread pudding. Excellent!
I'm a foodie-Dietitian- food snob-penny pincher. In short, the food options , quality, value, service , presentation ...everything was Awesome! Oh, and they have a great roof top with good happy hour!
I absolutely adore this place!!! It offers everything a food enthusiast could desire: fresh, seasonal menus, an amazing rooftop, happy hour specials that outshine those on Pearl Street, a perfectly cooked prime rib dinner with an excellent wine selection, and most importantly, a staff that truly goes the extra mile! If you're searching for a new spot in the 8030 area, make Element Bistro your next destination. You won't regret it!!

Amazing. The item Game Sausage Trio is phenomenal. The Rabbit and Rattlesnakewurst is one of the best things on the menu. The Happy Hour is so great, half away from beer and wines including sparkling, rose and bottles! **** Mary's are super delicious. The server/bartender Roy Anne was the best, seemed to be the only one that was all the time when we dined. There were other people who crawled around there, but she was the true all-star.
My organization arranged a special event for one of our 20-year-old employees, so our expectations were quite high. Element exceeded those expectations. We were located on the rooftop, and Eric, Daniel, and the rest of the staff were wonderful to work with. Initially, we were worried about the absence of a contract and the communication, but we were pleasantly surprised by the outcome. I highly recommend hosting a small event here (we had around 30 guests). The food was delicious, and everything was well organized.
After many years in the industry, this place surprised me – it's a pretty big place that goes to everyone and does it with a lot of love! Amazing roof bar with friendly staff and the food has a high quality both in terms of taste and freshness! Don't miss the Taco Tuesdays!
It is a beautiful looking restaurant with a good beer selection and probably most varieties of meat choices for burgers I have seen, e.g. bison, beef, antelope, etc. The staff was very friendly and attentive. But I didn't like them to seem understaffed because they knew there was an event in the city. In addition, they were not even fully booked. But the Bisonburger was delicious and the local design met the place.
