Day of the Dougs brings a nostalgic 50s diner experience with a surprisingly hip twist. It’s quite effective, in my opinion. The staff is friendly and the service is efficient. Probably would not go back. It’s basic , server was rushed and stressed and wait was too long for breakfast. A diner should be fast and efficient .breakfast is an easy meal. Every inch of the place needed cleaning and less cutesy country signs, upgraded furniture ...and CLEANING . It’s an odd strip mall Location .we Found from Review rankings..should’ve done snooze or buff instead View all feedback.
This restaurant is an exceptional diner with Tex-Mex influences. You could enjoy their omelets every day for a month and never regret your choices. They have relocated, so make sure to set your GPS to Baseline Road.
My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch after I visited the CU campus. I ordered the Reuben sandwich, and she had a breakfast burrito.

Good breakfast in boulder. both eat outside. I like the possibility of a “small” vs. the normal huge breakfast they cannot finish. I ordered the clint small omelette with speck obst. my man ordered the whimpy small with a pancake. both were good. coffee was cut.
I’ve been there 3 times and each time got mediocre food and service. Better option is the parkway cafe.
