The tour provided a wealth of information, and its duration was just right. Before the tour began, we enjoyed a sampling session that featured a great selection of both hot and cold teas. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone in the area with even a mild interest in the company and its products.

If you're in the Boulder area, this place is a must-visit! They have a tasting room and offer complimentary tours, where you’ll get to taste, smell, and see unique things that will leave you with lasting memories. The store features a wide range of teas, accessories, souvenirs, honey, and much more. I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area; it's just such a delightful experience. The atmosphere here is incredibly calm and peaceful.

All the tea samples before the tour are free, so by the time you're ready to make a purchase, you'll know exactly what you'll love. I brought my ninety-year-old mom here, and she had a fantastic time. I recommend doing the tour and then staying for lunch at the lovely café. Just be sure to check the hours, as I don't believe the café is open on weekends. The artwork surrounding you will lift everyone's spirits and create a joyful atmosphere.

The tour is complimentary and includes a film about the company as well as a walkthrough of the actual factory. You'll get to see the tea blending lines and bulk ingredient storage. I particularly enjoyed spending time in the mint storage room—it’s a great way to clear your sinuses! Their tea room offers a wide variety of teas that you can sample for free. The shop features a range of teas, including some that aren't available in stores, along with various gift items. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Celestial is my favorite tea brand, and I really appreciate the effort they make to share their products with the public.
