What Ruben Benjamin Felix Hays doesn't like about Brasserie Boulder:
The burger was very bland, possibly one of the worst burgers I've ever tasted. The Mussels were decent, but the fish wasn't wrapped properly and it leaked all over my front porch. I can't rate the Coq Au Van because our delivery driver stole the dish. The Cassoulet was not good either. View all feedback. What TravelrKB likes about Brasserie Boulder:
This restaurant is small cozy. They had the fireplace going while we were there which added to the ambiance. The food was delicious. I ordered the Coq au Vin. The chicken fell off the bone! The jus was tasty. The sangria was pretty good as well as the Creme Brulee. My friends ordered the Cassoulet, Salmon Entree Salmon Salad. They all said their dishes were very good. View all feedback.
