I thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Bramble Hare. The ambience is great, love the cosy cubicles for small groups. The restaurant has a very Warm classy feel. The food was fantastic, I had gnocchi, the Lamb with polenta and roots finishing with crème brûlée. We will be back! View all feedback.
What Lili doesn't like about Bramble Hare:
Old fans of Bramble and Hare, we were severely disappointed last night. Nothing tasted fresh, or farm to table, except the bread. The French Onion Soup was a poor imitation. My lamb dish with polenta was cold, and the polenta overcooked and hard. The lamb was well done, tasteless. The deserts were just OK. While we dined, the cooks were setting up the deserts and meals on the bar top, ahead of time, making it obvious... View all feedback.
My friend and I were visiting Boulder and took a big risk making this our first meal because it was SO GOOD that every experience afterwords might have fell short. We had the lamb and quail which were each divine the veggie sides and sauces were mind blowing and the first bite of lamb made my friend’s brain literally explode. It was a transcendent bite. Desert was incredible a limoncello based desert and chocolate tart with blackberry compote. It was a true 10/10 and their passion for fresh sustainable ingredients is obvious. Our server was an absolute gem of a human being we were sat at a couch side by side which was so cozy and cool. The decor is amazing. If you are on a trip, don’t hesitate to go there. It’s all unique enough that it won’t compete with the other nice places you have planned :
Yummy farm to table restaurant with creative dishes and lots of veggies. It's a set menu with only a few choices but all looked great. Friendly professional waitstaff with no rushing. Charming, comfortable environment.

Really lackluster service. Our waiter did not want to engage. We did not feel welcome. The overwhelming accoutrement and sauces detracted from the salmon filet. The timing between plates was very slow, and although we accounted for 2 hours for a 3 course meal, we were 30 minutes late to our show. Also the staff asked twice if we had any celebrations, and we let them know it was my sister's birthday, but they did nothing to acknowledge this. Overall the experience would have been a lot better had the service been even 10% better.
Other than the salmon tartare appetizer the food was terrible. Fixed menu sounds creative but outcome was not. The restaurant had great reviews was packed, but I can't recommend and would never go back. Even the deserts were blah
