Everything on the menu is fantastic. The tacos are served street style, so make sure to order at least four if you’re feeling hungry. All the dishes are great, but our favorites are the plantains and street corn. The pork belly taco is by far the best—definitely order one, no matter what your preconceived notions are about pork belly. Trust me, they’re incredible!
I visited this restaurant after an intense hike, and the food was the perfect reward. We ordered guacamole and salsa, mushroom tacos, cauliflower tacos, falafel tacos, street corn on the cob, spicy cucumber salad, and plantains. My favorite dish was definitely the cauliflower tacos. I also really enjoyed the taco shells; they had an earthy flavor and a chewy texture. The best part of the experience was the atmosphere. The decor featured soft, dim lighting, a lively bar, and a rustic vibe. Even though it was busy, the seating was ample, so the noise level was manageable. I was able to have great conversations with my friend while enjoying the ambiance. I highly recommend this place, especially after a rigorous workout!
This restaurant had a very welcoming atmosphere. The entire ordering process was done through our phones, and our food arrived promptly. We sampled four different tacos: shrimp, chicken, mushroom, and cauliflower. The mushroom and shrimp tacos were our favorites. The guacamole and both the green and red salsas were excellent and stood out. The mushroom taco was particularly flavorful and delicious. They also offer vegetarian and vegan options. The tortilla chips were warm and freshly made. The margaritas were spot on, perfectly complementing our meal. The place was bustling with activity. We'll definitely be returning!
Very cool atmosphere and delicious food. Dear service and prices were extremely reasonable. Definitely recommend for large tacos.
We had an amazing lunch with our 2.5 month old. The manager was super attentive to us and gave us a table that accommodated our stroller. The food was incredible! The pork belly taco was my favorite but the corn ceviche and the chips and salsa were also amazing.

Our servers were delightful. Didn’t catch their names, but when we told one of them it was our honeymoon, they DREW US A HAPPY HONEYMOON PICTURE, and gave us free tequila shots?? so sweet, and totally brought our vibe up for the day. Excellent experience!!!! Will return and recommend!!Food: 5/5

We enjoyed our drinks—my wife opted for a spicy margarita, while I had a mojito. The kids' meal was a fantastic deal at just $6.50. It included a taco, a quesadilla, a fruit skewer, and three pieces of corn on the cob, which I thought was remarkable value. I also tried three different tacos: pork (which had a nice kick from the sauce), sesame ribeye, and fish. The fish was the standout for me, but honestly, all the tacos were delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place!
I just visited Bartaco and while the establishment had garnered quite a reputation for its diverse menu and unique offerings, I found it to be extremely underwhelming. My experience left much to be desired.Upon entering, I was initially impressed by its stylish decor and lively atmosphere. However, my excitement quickly waned as I delved into the menu, only to find that the descriptions of the dishes were completely null in void. This lack of detail made it very challenging to make informed choices and left me feeling really confused as to what we should order. None of the items in the menu had one single explanation.Unfortunately, the lack of communication and clarity in the menu left us feeling like we wanted to leave. This place has a great location and honestly has a ton of potential but it seems like they’re trying to be too hip. It’s not cute to be so vague, and everything about this place felt vague and non-committal. I will try it again and hopefully we can get descriptions of the menu, but if you’re in boulder you could skip this place and find a ton of other amazing restaurants right next door.Dietary restrictions: Nothing on their menu clearly states what’s in each item. If you have allergies I would avoid.

This place was very inviting with the upbeat atmosphere. Everything is ordered off your phone and everything came in a very timely manner. We tried four different tacos. The shrimp tacos the chicken verde, the mushroom and cauliflower. The mushroomand shrimp were the best ones. The Guacamole, the green and red salsa, highly reccomend. The mushroom taco was super spicy butsuper good. Vegetarian and vegan options. Warm and freshly handmade tortilla chips. Margaritas were on point amd sold the wholedinner. Highly reccomened. We will be back!
They require you to share your phone number to view the menu and provide your credit card number to order. That's a hard no for me personally and lowers the rating by a star. With that said, it's a great location, setup and atmosphere. The hot sauces atthe table were all good to great, the guac is awesome, and the chips are okay. The pork belly and chicken tacos were prettyincredible. And the pricing was very reasonable.

While most of the menu features meat and dairy, the vegan selections, such as the colorful rice dish and roasted avocado tacos, are fresh and tasty. However, it's worth noting that these vegan items aren't clearly labeled, and some need modifications to be fully vegan. We also tried the alcohol-free Nojito, which we found to be refreshingly citrusy. Plus, everything is quite affordable, with tacos priced under $3 and shells under $10. The falafel and veggie tacos are both excellent choices, but I advise double-checking with your server to ensure they meet your dietary needs, as it can be a bit tricky to decipher what's truly vegan. The sauces available on the table are delicious and pair perfectly with the tacos. The ordering system is unique; you won’t have a traditional server, and tips are evenly distributed among the front-of-house staff. It’s common for several people to bring out your orders throughout the night as they’re placed. While the tacos are reasonably priced, the total can add up quickly without you realizing it. After a wonderful evening with friends, I can confidently say that this place is among my all-time favorites. I heard there's a location in King of Prussia, PA, so I definitely need to check that out!
