I like... read more This is one of the nicer Starbucks. I love it because it has a beautiful fireplace (one of my favorite additions to a place). Employees are always great. I like coming here after getting waxed at the European Wax Center next door, and the convenience is a plus. The dragonfruit frappuchino is fucking awesome. It's not on their menu but you can Google the ingredients and ask them to make it. It's legit the BEST. Just don't add vanilla bean if you want to taste the dragonfruit.

Unfortunately, the barista on duty at that time tends to serve burnt, tasteless coffee, and I usually have pretty simple coffee preferences. I gave them plenty of opportunities to improve, but I've since decided to go to another Starbucks at QFC down the street, where I can finally enjoy a good cup of coffee.

They are either closed, or have a Safeway employee working there. If a Safeway employee is working there I don't bother because they don't know how to make the... read more They are either closed, or have a Safeway employee working there. If a Safeway employee is working there I don't bother because they don't know how to make the drinks they're just trying to stay open. Such a huge turnover, just go to the Starbucks at QFC!! However on the rare occasion a Starbucks employee is working its a good experience.

I visit frequently because they always tak... read more The restaurant often seems to be short-staffed, but every time I reach the counter, the staff is incredibly friendly. I visit frequently because they always take the time to get to know me personally. They remember my name and usually know my usual order, unless I decide to switch it up. They genuinely make me feel valued and engaged in conversation. It's rare to find such attentive service with authentic interest in customers these days.
