Sharetea is always the FIRST place I go to for boba. Their service is always great and their tapioca pearls are always (usually) fresh and chewy!! I love their seasonal drinks, the strawberry fresh milk with pearl! If you want guaranteed good boba always goto Sharetea!
I always come here and I had no problems till today! At first the girl who took my order was very off and struggled to take my order, then I asked for extra boba and she gave me drike with no boba, then she charged me for that extra boba. I feel like theyprioritize money instead of customer service.

Absolutely fantastic! This bubble tea shop is incredibly clean and modern. The staff is super friendly and helpful; despite being busy, they took the time to answer all of our questions. The drinks are delicious and of high quality. The atmosphere is fun, and I highly recommend checking it out!
I've always enjoyed coming here without any issues, but today was different. The girl who took my order seemed distracted and had difficulty processing it. When I requested extra boba, she ended up giving me a drink with no boba at all, yet still charged me for the extra. It feels like they prioritize making money over providing good customer service.

This boba tea shop is excellent! They offer a wide selection of choices, including milk teas and frozen ice-blended drinks. There are also a few food options to enjoy. The service is quick, and the staff are very friendly!
We visited today as a group of three. Our son had just gotten braces and couldn't have boba, so I requested that his boba be added to my milk tea instead. They informed me that this wasn't possible and that there would be an extra charge for double boba. I suggested they simply prepare a regular boba tea for my son, but put the pearls in my drink instead. Unfortunately, they insisted their system wouldn't allow that. It was frustrating to see that they couldn't think outside the box to realize that the total amount of boba taken from their container would remain unchanged, regardless of which glass it went into. The extra charge of $0.75 isn't a huge issue, but I was disappointed by their lack of understanding. I love the tea, but this experience has left a sour taste regarding this particular location.
The drink preparation is extremely slow, and they use powdered flavors, which don't taste very good. The presentation is nice, though.
I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I was looking forward to enjoying a caffeine-free mango milk tea, but their store policies didn't accommodate my needs. As a result, I decided to go to Boba Bothell instead, and it turned out to be a much better choice with a wider selection. I really hope you reconsider this unreasonable policy!
