I did ask for it to be mild and not spicy. Update: thanks to the owner for responding to my review. Nice customer service.

M... read more Every bite of flavorful, authentic creations by Samburna’s Chef Murugan can totally take you on a mesmerizing nostalgic journey to its origins in South India. My whole family loves this restaurant and it’s our comfort food at any time. Crab curry is so authentic my 9 year old says it’s like grandma’s recipe!! My 11 year old can eat Dosai and Gobi Manchurian everyday!! And Dhum Biriyani rocks every single time! Way to go Samburna team!! So grateful to have such an amazing restaurant in our neighborhood... so close to us far away from homeland.

Stopped here on the way to the Seattle Premium outlets with the intention to have a quick lunch. Around 2 pm or so on a Sunday it was moderately crowded but we were seated immediately. After we ordered the restaurant forgot about us I think untilwe asked them 20 30 mins later when we saw folks seated after us get their food. The owner gave us some free rasam and mentionedthat he did not forget about us but there is some order. Oh well. Coming to the food we ordered medu vada which was lukewarmbut tasted alright. The masala dosa was slightly burnt and not the best. The rasam and sambar were decent. Might try this placeagain since the owner seemed quite apologetic about our delay but for now not something I would recommend for South Indian foodfans.
