Our server, Barb, was exceptionally kind, and we truly appreciated her warmth. It was comforting to be in a pleasant atmosphere, surrounded by a friend who cares for me and wanted to make this night special.

I deducted a point for the location, and the waitress had a rather strong personality, but ultimately, the food made up for those minor concerns. Here are my photos: I had the 8-ounce filet mignon, butterfly cut, along with the potato soup and a Caesar salad.

The chicken and shrimp were seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the pasta sauce was expertly made. It took me back to the time when Outback first opened. Over the years, I felt their food quality had declined, but they definitely seem to have restored it to its former glory. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

Our criticism is that the menu is simplistic and the food while well prepared is not memorable except for the onion.
