I faced difficulties while placing phone orders on two back-to-back occasions. The coordination between order taking and preparation certainly requires improvement. Moreover, there are instances when the wait time surpasses the estimated duration provided. I hope they can work on improving this aspect as well!

It seems that they hire staff who are not dedicated to delivering quality customer service. Moreover, the prices for their sweets and locally prepared foods have increased to unreasonable levels. I'm also left wondering if their products meet FDA standards or if they adhere to proper hygiene regulations. I truly wish there were alternative options nearby apart from this establishment. It's worth mentioning that other reviews echo my sentiments. Additionally, I've noticed that the owner only responds to a select few positive reviews, which indicates a lack of concern for customer feedback. I plan to steer clear of this place whenever possible and will stick with frozen foods, as their quality at least remains consistent.
