Was Tracy A at Foggy Noggin Brewing a mag?
This is what I call home style. As others have noted, this brewery is out of a garage, it's a nice garage in a nice neighborhood. The brews are down home goodness, the natives are friendly, and the setting is comfortable. The hours are limited to Thursday and Saturday which makes this spot even more in demand. It's worth a visit. View all feedback.
What Paul N dislikes about Foggy Noggin Brewing:
This was definitely a unique experience. I really want to like this place, but it just feels a bit too unconventional. The brewery is literally located in someone's garage — as in part of a residential home. When we arrived, we thought the GPS might have led us astray; there couldn't possibly be a brewery in this neighborhood, but there it was. It felt strangely like I was crashing a friend's garage party or somethin... View all feedback.

Worth the trip. Makes me want to move into the neighborhood so I can walk there and back every day. Always a great crowd. Great beers, great owners, great atmosphere. The place to be to watch an Oregon State game.
Best nano brew around, period. Jim knows beer and how to brew it best! Clean, remarkably delicious brews, true to style or original. They are all good and unique.
It felt strangely like I was crashing a friend's garage party or something. Now that I know it's someone's house, it makes sense why they only open one day a week. The peculiar location aside, the beers are truly impressive. While the owner may not prioritize customer experience, his brewing skills are outstanding! If you can overlook the garage setting and are lucky enough to find it open, it's definitely worth a visit.
