Best Philly style cheesrsteaks in the Greater Seattle area. As an East Coast native, this is the closest you're going to get out here. Get it with the waffle fries. View all feedback.

Situated in the Canyon Park area, I've spent enough time in large office parks to encounter my fair share of mediocre, overpriced delis. However, this restaurant stands out from the crowd. For starters, it’s a grill rather than a deli. It truly delivers in terms of quantity, quality, and price—something that's hard to find in local eateries. Just yesterday, for a little over $10, I enjoyed the Lucky Clucker, accompanied by waffle fries and a soda. The hoagie was packed with about six generously sized, well-seasoned chicken strips, along with lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dressing reminiscent of Thousand Island, all nestled in a toasted hoagie roll. After finishing just the sandwich, I felt completely satisfied and even considered leaving the fries untouched.

Good food, had the philly cheese steak that was cooked perfectly. Large portions with large prices to match, a bit much for lunch so this will only be an occaisional lunch hang out.

Great service and great food. It's a little on the pricey side, but it's definitely worth it. The only down side to the place is parking. All of the businesses nearby have designated parking, which sometimes makes it difficult to find a spot: especially when the place is busy.

Wow, it was absolutely fantastic! I loved the ambiance, and the staff member was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend the croissant sandwich with turkey bacon and avocado—it's the best I've ever had. The portion size is great for the price, too!
