If you come here often, they sometimes have your order prepared when you reach the window, especially if there’s a long line. However, they still wait for you to place your order in case you want to switch it up. Their service is truly impressive!

The Lotus tasted like cough syrup, and the iced white chocolate was just a mix of milk and water. I returned the Lotus, and a staff member remade it in no time, but once again, it was entirely wrong and completely undrinkable. It's frustrating that they sell drinks they don't know how to make and their customer service needs improvement. I'm truly surprised this place is thriving; it seems people must be really desperate. I won't be coming back here again.
