The... read more I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. When I arrived, nobody greeted me or offered assistance in making a decision. The staff seemed unfriendly and unapproachable. I requested to add strawberries to my milk tea, but they told me it wasn't possible, even though I noticed they offered a latte with strawberries. Overall, there was a complete lack of customer service. While the drinks were enjoyable, the service significantly tainted my experience. I was left feeling unwelcome and unimportant, and I doubt I'll return after this first visit.

They said 2 minutes waiting for the order being ready. Then 2 customers after me got their orders but me. Ok fine. After 15 minutes, I complained and they finally got mine ready but the hot cake dessert was cold! Also the custard in it tasted sour. I only had two and threw the rest of 10 away. Will never ever go back to the place.

My favorite is the passion fruit green tea with popping boba, even my toddler loves that drink. Great spot for hang outs and dates.

If there's more than a couple people in the store at one time, it feels claustrophobic.

Howe... read more The Boba place offers excellent service, as the staff truly takes care of their customers. We ordered black bubble tea, and it was ready in just 2 minutes. However, the tea was a bit too sweet for my taste, so it would be nice to have an option to choose the sweetness level. Additionally, I would recommend enhancing the interior design to make the space more inviting.

The drinks are delicious, the boba is just right, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Today, I ordered a strawberry matcha latte and shared that I didn’t want the larger size because of the milk content. The employee kindly suggested I could choose a milk substitute to accommodate any dietary needs. It’s rare to find places that thoughtfully offer milk alternatives, but Boba clearly puts customers first and makes thoughtful recommendations. Also, the new reusable tumblers are super cute!

If you let your drink sit for a while, you'll notice the milk separates from the other ingredients. On the bright side, the place is clean and the staff is friendly. However, I definitely won't be coming back for boba. The boba itself was fresh, but I just can't picture myself returning.
