Howe... read more The Boba place offers excellent service, as the staff truly takes care of their customers. We ordered black bubble tea, and it was ready in just 2 minutes. However, the tea was a bit too sweet for my taste, so it would be nice to have an option to choose the sweetness level. Additionally, I would recommend enhancing the interior design to make the space more inviting.

The... read more I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. When I arrived, nobody greeted me or offered assistance in making a decision. The staff seemed unfriendly and unapproachable. I requested to add strawberries to my milk tea, but they told me it wasn't possible, even though I noticed they offered a latte with strawberries. Overall, there was a complete lack of customer service. While the drinks were enjoyable, the service significantly tainted my experience. I was left feeling unwelcome and unimportant, and I doubt I'll return after this first visit.

If you let your drink sit for a while, you'll no... read more I'm not impressed with this boba shop. My drink was far too sweet this time, and it gave me terrible heartburn. If you let your drink sit for a while, you'll notice the milk separates from the other ingredients. On the bright side, the place is clean and the staff is friendly. However, I definitely won't be coming back for boba. The boba itself was fresh, but I just can't picture myself returning.

The only drawback is that the ordering and waiting area can feel a bit cramped. When there are several customers, it can become somewhat claustrophobic.
