Description
**Dive Bar Dynamics: A Visit to Bert's**
Bert's encapsulates the quintessential dive bar experience, balancing a lively atmosphere with a classic roadhouse feel. Patrons enjoy a solid selection of beers and hearty fried fare, accompanied by spirited bartending. However, the service can be hit-or-miss, with reports of staff rudeness and questionable policies regarding personal belongings. The venue features a modern jukebox for music lovers, particularly those fond of rock. Outdoor seating is cozy, though limited. While the vibe is often bustling—especially on event nights—the unpredictable service and strict rules may leave some guests looking elsewhere. Nonetheless, for those seeking a casual night out, Bert's remains a popular weekend spot.

Typical dive bar service in a not so busy atmosphere. Outdoor seating has two table heaters. Small fried food menu but packs the punch you expect. Heavy free pour style bartending.
This is a great spot for music and beer. If you're a fan of rock music, you'll definitely enjoy this place. There's a jukebox where most people tend to select rock songs.
When I arrived, I saw that the place was incredibly busy! It definitely felt like a "enter at your own risk" situation. They had hand sanitizer pumps available, and patrons were wearing masks. One interesting feature was their modern jukebox; you can download an app on your phone to select songs from a curated playlist or sync it with your own music library. I found it confusing that they closed at 11 PM without a last call, and when I asked, I was informed it was due to Covid restrictions. It seemed a bit contradictory!
The regulars at this bar are incredibly friendly. If it's your first time singing, you get to go up front, which is great. Plus, the karaoke DJ is absolutely fantastic!
