The staff forgot meal items on my order last night and only replaced the fries when I went in today. Gal behind the counter had a terrible attitude and refused to give me a name/number for management. This could have been a really easy fix that will now cost you around $1,000 a year from my once a week stop I'll no longer be making.

The service is so bad and the hours are so unpredictable that if you are lucky enough to catch them when you're open you will likely not be lucky enough to get decentservice or food. Save yourself the headache and go around the corner to Jack in the Box. Might not be the same food but atleast you will get something to eat Polite and helpful staff. I've always liked Arby's roast beef sandwiches and the French dipis one of my favorites. Then I recently tried their gyro and was really good! The pita is always fresh and and the Greek meatis very good and seasoned properly. It's now one of my favorite sandwiches there. Their deli sandwiches are also delicious andtaste fresh. Of course I don't know for sure but it seems like their bread and produce is better quality than most fast foodrestaurants.

I figured today I would give them another chance and go in there but it's not even 7o'clock and they are already closed and the employees are just sitting out on the curb in the parking lot and waving customersaway. I'm not even gonna bother going in there anymore. If you need additional feedback in order to figure out what's going onthen you're obviously not paying attention to the service or business at that location. Board up the doors and windows. Or maybesell it to somebody else that can actually run a business. Original comment: Service has gone so far downhill here. It's reallysad because they had great food and used to have excellent service. Now they don't even open the dining room and you are luckyif it only takes 15 minutes just to help one car in the drive-through. If there's 1 or 2 in front of you, you're looking atalmost half an hour. Sorry, but the food isn't good enough for me to wait that long at any drive-throug, or most restaurants forthat matter. I know the pandemic has put a strain on everything but it's been nearly 2 and a 1/2 years and apparently ourability to maintain customer service was hanging by a thread before that since it's essentially non existent now this locationas well many other businesses. I'm just not sure why a crew of 4-5 people are not capable of serving one car in the drive thruin less than 10 minutes.

I guess I should have realized that a fast food cheesesteak wouldn’t quite hit the mark. I don’t visit this place often, and if I do decide to go back, I’ll definitely stick to the classic roast beef and cheddar.
