What Jea Kim likes about Chicken Rice Guys:
Good value halal food that is very similar to the Halal Guys. Had their plate with chicken, rice, and lettuce, and I liked how they had a variety of sauces available at the store which allows you to customize your plate depending on your preference. The rice grains, however, weren’t exactly my favorite: they were bigger than the ones at the Halal guys, and the texture was a bit more dry. Otherwise, I enjoyed my plate... View all feedback. Mediocre Meal with a Side of Plastic. I ordered a large with chicken and tofu. Chicken is exclusively thigh meat, evidently to save the company money. Tofu was cubed and appeared seasoned but there was no flavor. Rice was promisingly yellow, implying some curry flavor but it was bland. Everything served in plastic. You also pour the sauces into mini plastic containers. Hard to to imagine a less eco-friendly situation... View all feedback.
