We went to this place because they advertise as having vegan options, but when we got there they told us that the vegan options were both only for breakfast and... read more We went to this place because they advertise as having vegan options, but when we got there they told us that the vegan options were both only for breakfast and therefore only available until 11:30am, so we had to find somewhere else. We thought we’d try again the next morning, but when we got there they said they had no vegan food at all that day. So, if you’re vegan, don’t bother with this place.

Really had high expectations until we were served one entree told they were out of the Crispy chicken. So he ordered another Club Nero. I shared my Club Nero with my husband as he waited for his. We both took a bite regretted ordering a second. The Club Nero had one very dry chicken tender it was served cold with bacon what tasted like American cheese. Side salad was wilted brownish, definitely not “Fresh” what was pictured. Not what you would expect after all the positive reviews on Google. Expensive for the LACK of quality.
