I had a vegetarian cous cous dish t... read more We were exploring the area around Eglise Saint Michel and discovered this restaurant that serves couscous and tajine dishes. I had a vegetarian cous cous dish that was seasoned very nicely and very filling. My husband had a lamb tagine with caramelized onions, prunes and...apricots and almonds that was totally delicious. They do not serve wine or liquor but I had a fresh squeezed orange juice and also a mint tea. The man serving us the owner perhaps) was very pleasant and friendly. This area is not necessarily a destination for a meal, but if you are visiting the church and bell tower at lunchtime I would recommend lunch here.

Food is lovely and very flexible, there were a good few vegetarian options. I recommend the salad.

A renewed card has very affordable prices. Rare and excellent Algerian wines. Quality Eastern Pastry. Our small group chose Couscous Rais and Tajines with a red wine succulent Saint Augustine and to finish gourmet teas. Very good meal, very good evening rhythmed by Arabo-andalouse music played two talented musicians. We highly recommend to our friends black feet, and to all lovers of Coucous and oriental cuisine. Note that one of us preferred a traditional duck magret also on the map.
