The gentleman is very welcoming, we feel that the dishes are fresh! We arrived at the opening, the dishes have put time to arrive but it was not a genant considering the quality of the dishes! the cook has been adapted to the request of my friend who asked for a bun with tofu has the place of the meat. I met this restaurant 30 years ago. He was at the time delicious and very famous. I have returned twice in the last 3 years thinking each time to find it closed but not. Always the same owners and therefore the same kitchen: a delight to the smells of VN. I highly recommend even if the neighbourhood has changed The owners are very kind and listening.
