My wife and I are vegetarian and find this difficult for special occasions. If we ever visit Bordeaux again we will definitely return as both the food and the service were exceptional. If the decor is luxurious, it can also be said that the floral choice of sides gave a mortuary side to the decor. For the tasting menu, a disappointment, a taste too smoky does not allow to apprehend the selected quality products. I went to the silver press with my fiancé and we spent an exceptional evening. Everything was perfect from the reception with an invested and passionate staff. The dishes were excellent and if I had to summarize the evening I would say we were like in a dream. We'll be back there with pleasure!

The decor is sumptuous, with a mix of modernity and tradition that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly attentive and professional, offering impeccable service from start to finish. The chef, Gordon Ramsay, created a breathtaking menu that is sure to surprise the finest taste buds. Alexandre Koa, the young chef from America, comes to greet each table at the end of service with a simplicity that honors him despite the many distinctions received at only 28 years old! Each dish is a work of culinary art, elegantly presented and sophisticated. Fresh and quality ingredients are perfectly highlighted in beautifully prepared dishes. All suppliers of fresh products are quoted and highlighted when presenting each of the dishes! The flavours are rich, delicious and perfectly balanced. The Pressoir d'Argent is also known for its exceptional wine cellar, offering a selection of high quality wines from Bordeaux and elsewhere. The sommelier is extremely competent and can recommend the perfect wine for each dish. Note, however, a map of wines and alcohols whose prices are very high, even in glass. Attention the sommelier's proposal should be accompanied by a validation of the price by the customers, which is not the case and contact the painful at the time of the addition. In summary, if you're looking for an unforgettable culinary experience in Bordeaux, The Pressoir d'Argent is the place to go.
