Julien Cruège - Bordeaux

We followed the chef's inspiration and the wine matching. After 30 minutes we received already the main dish. The cellarman had no clue what (s)he was serving. We received the 3 smallest glasses we ever had in our life - allegedly not to "spoil our palate", the funniest joke ever looking at the quantities and the fact they barely knew the wines served. The worst dining experience we had in Bordeaux.

Excellent refined and fragrant cuisine, with beautiful contrasts of sweet-salé, with delicate notes of honey, in a pleasant setting.

Beautiful quiet and shaded terrace. Too bad there's no menu formula at noon.

White card (leader's care plates) very good meals take into account the allergies and desires of the client. small apartment: absence of table games or tablecloths outside. very good presentation and explanation of the dishes. fast and nicely presented service. We had a good night in the garden. Thank you.
