What Brown Samantha doesn't like about Caneles Baillardran Cafe:
This is right near the Grand Opera area, on the tram route. The space is super cute and interior very nice. A bit more pricey than the canelés we've gotten in Bordeaux. Friendly staff that was helpful. We found the canelés is just a bit too caramelized. Not our favorite tasted during our trip. View all feedback. What Chinchitchlud likes about Caneles Baillardran Cafe:
Stopped here to try a infamous Canele! Various selection of Canele's, covered in Chocolate, Vanilla etc but we settled for the traditional type. We ordered 2 x Hot Chocolates and 2 Canelle's, service was good and friendly. Slightly on the pricier side but was fine as a one off treat. Cafe's decor was lovely, very modern and clean! We both were not fans of the Canele but are glad we tried them! View all feedback.
