Bistrot Regent - Bordeaux

Really poor service. X4 meals ordered. X3 arrived. We were missing salad! We were sat by the area where staff were taking food and could see our missing order for approx 10 minutes. We had to go and tell staff. All x3 of us had finished meal by then. We didn't have any salad and this never materialised! TERRIBLE!

This is a very nice restaurant, staff were attentive and helpful. The menu was quite restricted but there is something for everyone. Food was great - chips and sauce iwas special

Three of us ate here for lunch. My wife and I had duck to taste a local meal. It came with a large quantity of French fries and a salad. Our friend had a streak. The service was a little slow but the restaurant was full. They were friendly and helpful.

Good steak and good chips. The sauce is always nice, though they sing its praises a bit much, calling it "famous".
