Had a lunch off the menu. We had a salad and a burger and both were ok. My husband raved about his burger, cost about fifteen dollars as it came with fries etc. My salad with prawns was fresh and tasty. The standard of the meals is improved to what it was previous, and that was evident by the number of people still there at 1.30pm and eating. The interior is refurbished and modern and easy to access for people with m... View all feedback.

My husband and I attended upon this club for a lunch. We ordered from the menu board. My husband had a steak and I had the seafood noodle dish. One of the prawns was still raw and cold. Absolutely disgusting. We had been to this club a few years prior and the meal was terrible so we decided we would not return however, after such a time had passed, we though it may have improved, but it hasn't. No more chances. View all feedback.
This restaurant has a dedicated area for gambling machines on the main floor, and additional sections upstairs for live music, betting, and dining. It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes as there is a long wait in line for food at times. The staff seem unaware of customers waiting and the food quality is subpar. The atmosphere is lively with a rock band performing and patrons enjoying themselves. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the wait.
My husband and I went to this restaurant for lunch. We ordered from the menu board. My husband had a steak and I had the seafood noodle dish. Unfortunately, one of the prawns was still raw and cold, which was very disappointing. We had visited this restaurant a few years ago and had a terrible meal, so we had decided not to return. We thought maybe it had improved since then, but it hasn't. We won't be giving it another chance.
My son, daughter in law and myself visited the Ipswich RSL for an evening meal, the meal which I received was a rump steak and vegetables, I was not very impressed as it was only a small serve, and the meals are not delivered to your table, you must walk up and pick up your own meal, the staff seemed to be not very interested or helpful at all, would not recommend a meal at this RSL
A typical club meal, this bistro at the Ipswich RSL next to Riverlink has a good choice of menu items. Daily specials range from $8 to $13 one of our group had the sweet and sour pork with rice and veges for $8, was a good size. Our other meals seafood platter $20 and chicken schnitzel $15 were also good sized servings, especially when you added from the salad bar. Plenty of tables available at midweek lunch sitting, as well as plenty of parking. taking or the order at the servery was a little slow, but food cam quickly enough. Drinks are ordered at the bar. As this is a licensed club you need to be a member or bona fide guest visitor.
