Only $21 for both! Delicious and big servings, traditional Vietnamese. Simple restaurant and not so tidy but the food makes up for it. Not an atmospheric restaurant but that's not what they are like in the communities. View all feedback.
What Nick Shipman doesn't like about Kim Son:
Sadly a little disappointing. The honey chicken was battered chicken with a separate container of honey which tasted like lemon and the chicken congee was full of bones, some tiny some large, lucky we didn't have the kids with us could've been dangerous Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.
Very local Vietnamese noodles and broken rice. yum!
Sunday, early lunch. Kim Son is one of two Vietnamese restaurants in a fairly old-school strip of shops in Inala. With the exception of one lovely painting showing an idyllic rice growing village, the decor is very basic. But the food is phenomenally good. Like, across the board delicious. The service is friendly and the prices are fantastic. Will definitely return.
I ordered the beef pho , great stock, the flavour did not need anything added.Parking: Great parking.
Cheap and super yummy! Good service too. Please support the local to keep the business alive for us local.
The food was great. We came as a class of around 15 people for an excursion and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. Customer service was good as the owner was very friendly and the food was served within 5-10 minutes of ordering. Would definitely come back.
