The beet salad was one of these best I’ve ever had. I know I know, beets, but if you like them, you’ll love this. 2 people loves the shrimp and grits, and Beef tips got a rave review. Can’t wait for the Bimbibap bowl myself. Pork cheeks were good but needed more seasoning. Desserts were fantastic. Thanks for having us!

I had the Elk Tenderloin both nights and my wife had the trout, both dishes we visually beautiful and delicious… flavors were spot on and the execution was spectacular… highly recommend!
