I'm pretty demanding when it comes to Asian cuisine. And if it's fast food, I keep my expectations quite low. But I was pleasantly surprised by My Pho. It is fast, cheap and convenient. And the vegan broth is quite tasteful. Many fresh vegetables to choose, including Jicama. The Mock Meat Soysage is a beautiful supplement, and can be added the Pho soup and the banh mi sand. I visited this restaurant specifically for the vegan banh mi that was heavily promoted, but unfortunately they were not available. They only had tea and pho on the menu. It appears that the pho could be made vegan-friendly. View all feedback.
Came here for (vegan) Banh Mi, who is heavily advertised, but there were none. They only had tea and Pho. Looks like the Pho could be made vegan.
There are 3 broth option that the spicy lemon grass broth has shrimp base in it was very disappointed
