Very rude. Pais 18$ for 2 meals. Didn't come with a drink or side. Drink was out,nothing but carbonation,wanted to charge 25cents for 1 ranch after we paid for 2 meals! Want to get am attitude an be rude when we were just asking a question about what the meal comes with. No wonder its empty an not much buisness. Don't see this location lasting much longer without drastic changes! View all feedback.

The presentation was impeccable, the food was served hot and fresh, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was clean as well. I am very satisfied—thank you!
My husband ordered a 12-piece family meal, but when he got home, there were only 7 pieces of chicken. Not a great experience. When he called the manager, he said he would resolve the issue. My husband informed him that our daughter would come to pick up the missing pieces. However, when she arrived, the staff was rude to her. Eventually, the manager came out of the office and rectified the order. Another issue was that the chicken was dry, as if it had been sitting out all day. The sides were good, but overall, I think the team needs more training. This KFC is really going downhill.
I stopped by to grab some food and decided to enjoy the beautiful day by dining outside. The food was fantastic! However, one item was accidentally left out of our order—a biscuit—so my husband went back inside, and they promptly handled it. After we finished eating, I went to the bathroom, and I noticed that the stall door had three different locks, but none of them actually worked, leaving me hoping no one would walk in. Additionally, the trash cans were overflowing. Other than these issues, everything else was great!
Most ridiculous thing to get an order and go up the mountain. To fin no mac and cheese which is the only thing my kids wanted. Spent over $50 and was told on the phone they would refund the money. They refused in store to then refund the money. Appalling for general manager to lie to a costumer this way. Me to waist an hour of time to come into the store for A refund. They should be able todo this over the phone.
