Great food and very outgoing staff, I've had a few issues in the past regarding the chicken, but it's pretty good. Fairly pricey, modern designed restaurant, and mostly what you'd expect from a KFC. View all feedback.
What Chris doesn't like about Kfc:
Food was ok. However, service at the drive thru was not good. Order was wrong and then when we let them know, they acted as if we were lying. They didn't give us a 6 piece chicken tender order and when they finally gave us what we ordered, they only gave us 5 tenders. They also did not give us the sauces we ordered. I don't know what has happened to KFC. The chicken now is so tiny that when you take two bikes you start hitting bone. It's always soggy and it's just not like it used to be years ago. I miss the old KFC.
Staff was friendly, service was quick. The food was fresh, hot and delicious.
Pleasantly surprised. I ordered on the website and the food was ready for pickup inside the store very quickly. Food was pretty good although I think the fried chicken could have been a little bit better. Also I ordered a 12 piece box and two of the pieces were tiny with barely any meat on them. Other than that pretty good. I'd go back.
Food was ordered via KFC application on my cell phone, Food was very good but mobile order was wrong, I only got 2 piece but ordered a 3 piece. Always check before driving off. I did not go back due to me being on my lunch break.
Manager rude and condescending because I asked for more than 18mL of ketchup (amount in 2 packet) Considering how expensive fast food is these days, losing a customer over this can’t possibly be worth it
