After being seated,... read more Found a ???? in Boone today. After being turned away from two other BBQ restaurants, we happened upon Howard Station in the university area. After being seated, Ann, our waitress was right there. She patiently answered a bunch of questions regardingthe menu. After a short wait, our food arrived. Ribs were a bit on the fat side for our taste, but fat comes off. Beautifullysmoked. Mac and cheese yummy, with a side salad. During the meal, Ann kept us supplied with whatever we needed. We met theowner, Chelsea and had a very nice conversation. I ordered coffee with dessert only to find out they were out. Chelsea wentacross the street to a coffee shop and got my wife and I coffee. How is that for service? When/if, the next time we are in thearea, Howard Station is on our stop list.
