Five Guys - Boone

Normally have a good experience at this location but today August 3,2024 was terrible. Not only was my burger not fully cooked, the bun light and soggy, but it was also missing the grilled onions and it was not cut in half as ordered and as stated on the receipt. I ordered a small fry with Cajun on the side and the fries were covered in Cajun…they fixed the fry issue…when I realized the sandwich was not cut (I was driving and could not eat it that way) I had to turn around and drive 10 minutes back…just for them to tell me they cannot take the sandwich back over the counter to cut it for me but they gave me a plastic knife and it was humiliating to have to go back in for the third time to have to cut my own burger on their counter in front of other customers…I spent $21 on my burger and fry today that just went to waste because it was soggy and not edible after the 25 minutes I had spent trying to fix it

Excellent burgers. Little pricey for fast food though and parking REALLY sucks. Edit. Parking still really sucks. But, they really do have the best burger in town. I've had every burger you can have here and the only place that can come close is the cardinal. If the Cardinal could serve a burger that's hot made the way I order it and fries that are crispy, they would be a close second. As it stands now, nobody in Boone stands a chance based on taste alone.

2 hot dogs for 25.00 bucks with no fries and bad customer service?? No thank you for this guy. I will never step foot in a five guy's again. Want a good hot dog? Burger and friess?? Hmu. These prices are outrageous!!?

This is my all-time favorite place to get a burger in Boone North Carolina I love the freshness of the french fries the guys that work in there are great
