When chicken is available, it’s typically overcooked and dry.

I had to use the drive-thru, which took 45 mi... read more The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, as the manager explained they were having difficulty hiring employees. I had to use the drive-thru, which took 45 minutes, and was unable to go inside. After driving three hours to get there, it would have been nice to have restroom access, but I had to wait and use a nearby Speedway station instead. Hopefully, my next visit will be an improvement. On the bright side, the staff was friendly.

Our order was correct and tasty, and that’s what really counts.

After a college game, I visited around 12:15 and discovered they were out of chicken, with a 21-minute wait for more. I ordered something else, but the employee at the window didn’t say a word while taking my money and handing me my food. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.

Today, we spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive-thru line before we ultimately decided to leave, and in that time, they had served just three cars.
