However, what is completely unacceptable is that an obviously ill employee was assigned to serve food. She was very friendly, that's not the issue – nevertheless, for hygiene reasons, it is absolutely unacceptable to work with food when sick. Shortly afterward, I myself became seriously ill. Of course, I can't definitively attribute it to that, but it should still be unacceptable to send or allow sick employees to work.
