We tried the ful... read more The Michelin star this relatively new restaurant has earned is more than deserved, and in my opinion it should be on its way to the second one. We tried the full seven course menu (which effectively is a ten course menu) and every single course was a masterpiece -- both in terms of the optical presentation, and in terms of the symphony of tastes it represented. Felix Kaspar is a master in creating a harmonious fireworks of different tastes, ranging often from sweet to spicy in one dish. The arrangements on the plates resemble still lifes and one is almost reluctant to destroy them by eating them.... In short, a true experience well worth the money spent.There is a nice choice of wines, both by the glass and bottled, at fair prices (bottles starting at about 30Euros),with emphesis on the German wine regions. Service is impeccable. A perfect experience and we will be back.
