What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Cirella's An Italian Bistro Sushi Bonita Springs:
Horrible. They interpreted my reservation note that said “highchair” as “hightop” for some reason. They then told us when we arrived they didn’t have anything else available for us. They generally did not seem apologetic about this. it was absurd that they couldn’t figure something else out. Terrible customer service for a restaurant. Overall, our experience was positive, but we did encounter some delays during our meal. On a couple of occasions, we had to wait 15-20 minutes before seeing our waitress. One member of our party asked for a lime for their drink and it took 20-30 minutes to receive it.
