Overall, our experience was positive, but we did encounter some delays during our meal. On a couple of occasions, we had to wait 15-20 minutes before seeing our waitress. One member of our party asked for a lime for their drink and it took 20-30 minutes to receive it. Additionally, while three out of four of us received our dinners at the same time, the fourth member had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for theirs. We’... View all feedback.
What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Cirella's An Italian Bistro Sushi Bonita Springs:
Horrible. They interpreted my reservation note that said “highchair” as “hightop” for some reason. They then told us when we arrived they didn’t have anything else available for us. They generally did not seem apologetic about this. it was absurd that they couldn’t figure something else out. Terrible customer service for a restaurant. Their last excuse was that they are not on open table anymore. Probably because the... View all feedback.
If I look, I'll set up a restaurant based on ambience, service and food quality. Cirella 's fails at all three. Ambience was the noise level beyond the extreme, literally screaming over the table with clearly lubricated cartridges. Management was oblivious or some of the waiters came. Service was terrible, waiters were more interested in kibitzing with regular or hanging around the bar. Server never checked back to see if we're okay with what we were clearly not. I had to wait our server for 15 minutes. We had sushi, that was very overpriced and amazed. Many krab, gurke and avocado. Which fish was of doubtful quality. There are many good restaurants in the area of Naples/Bonita Beach. Don't waste your time or money here.
Had the veal chop (bone in) Parmigiano and it was fantastic. The calamari and arancini apps were excellent. Service was good considering how busy it was. Highly recommend!
Came here on our last visit to Bonita springs knew we had to return. We love the idea of Italian food or sushi! I had an American roll my husband had delicious chicken cacciatori and loved having it off the bone. I loved my roll as well. Fresh warm bread yummy dipping oil.
We went to Cirella's for dinner. The server was exceptional, and the sushi was excellent. I had the Cirella specialty roll. It was amazing, just remember to bring your appetite the portions were big. Or you can take some home .
Restaurant is nice, average service, good bread, but be warned, the Japanese menu is much better than their Italian menu. I?d most definitively recommend the sushi over the pasta. Overall a sub-par experience. If you go for the Italian, I?d recommend their Linguini Pescatore (seafood-long-pasta).
