Food was delicious, staff were incredibly atten... read more We had a really beautiful dinner at Calabur tonight. Small restaurant, but awesome decor and really nice feel. Food was delicious, staff were incredibly attentive and presentation was excellent. We had the rice paper rolls, the salmon, the barramundi, Uncle Rays Salad and sticky rice for dessert. Everything was really fresh and full of flavour. We will be back!

As we were dining early, it was pretty empty but all the tables were reserved. We shared their pork crackling with garlic infused mayo, phyla salmon sashimi, scallops wight spicy apple salsa and the duck with orange sauce. My son had their spaghetti namtok salmon (they made it not spicy). Drinks are on the pricey end but the food was good and I will come back to try their breakfast menu.

Please give us more restaurants like this. The food was beautifully presented, but the presentation is only part of the attraction, the flavour of the food is the killer. I did not expect a dollop of noodle would be bursting with flavour. Having so, It does not give you the impression that the chef is trying too hard. It was so enjoyable that we decided to have a green bowl for desert even though we were already full. Definitely come again.

It 's so rare that everything is amazing for such an affordable price: the food was fresh, full of flavour so well presented; the service was friendly attentive; the space was cute homey. Looking forward to working our way through the entire menu because everything was appealing though definitely not possible in one visit In the words of Molly Meldrum: 'Do yourself a favour... ' . you won 't be disappointed.
